Repair Services

Clark's Electronic Solutions provides repair services for phones, computers, tablets, and game consoles. Every repair begins with a free diagnostic and a flat quote before any work is performed. Quoted prices are for standard repairs; additional issues discovered during diagnostic or repair may require a revised quote, which we will always discuss with you before proceeding.

Lifetime Parts Warranty

All parts installed by Clark's Electronic Solutions are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers the part itself and does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused after the repair was completed.

Data & Backups

While we take precautions to protect your data during every repair, we recommend backing up your device before service whenever possible. Clark's Electronic Solutions is not responsible for data loss that occurs as a result of pre-existing device issues.

Mail-In Repairs

For customers outside of Pine Bluff, mail-in repair is available. Same-day service applies once your device is in our possession; it does not include shipping time to or from our shop.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise arranged for business accounts. We do not charge for diagnostics that do not result in a repair.
